She has co-authored career assessment software used internationally, and was a key contributor to a project that was a Finalist for SHRM's Global Human Capital Award in Strategic Leadership for "Strengthening Our Development Culture" initiative, 2008.
Nettie also holds two ordinations: one in Interfaith Ministry from the two-year program of the New Seminary in NY, 2004, and, in 2008, as a spiritual healer and minister through the interfaith organization, Celebrating Life Ministries, following six years of study with Rev. Ron Roth, Ph.D.
